NOTE: Prices apply for the period 1st Feb 2011 to 1st Jan 2013 and are subject to variation due to unforeseen circumstances. We are happy to confirm this at the time of booking. FEES: Payment in full on arrival. No refund will be given for early departure. Failing to show will result in a charge equal to your first night's stay per site / room booked. Failing to call or show before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
DEPOSITS: First night cabin. Long weekends and Easter 50% of total tariff. Christmas school holidays 30% of total tariff. All other times 25% or first night.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any refunds due will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of written cancellation advice. WE RECOMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE. NON ARRIVAL: No refund issued at all. Less than 30 days (PEAK) or 14 days (OFF PEAK) - NO REFUND 30 days or over - REFUND LESS $20 CANCELLATION FEE SHORTENING OF DATES BOOKED: Minimum booking periods cannot be shortened. PEAK: If less than 28 days notice given you will be charged for all days NOT rebooked for the dates you cancelled. Refund will only be issued after these dates have passed. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or booking.
